| Club 28 Guest Policy: Members are permitted to have guests. Each member is responsible for the conduct of their guests and are responsible to ensure that guests comply with all the rules and regulations promulgated by the agreement. Guests must be accompanied by a member at all times while in ANY amenity space. Tower 28 Amenities: Members are eligible to have 2 FREE guest passes per day for the Tower 28 Amenities areas. Members are permitted to purchase a maximum of 2 additional guest passes per day for use in the Tower 28 Amenities area or for the Fitness Center. The fee for guest pass is $10.00 per pass. Fitness Center: Members may have a maximum of 2 guests per day in the Fitness Center. All members are required to sign in/pay for their guest with the Lifestyle Manager/Assistant. The guest fee is $10.00 per day per guest. Guests are required to sign a guest waiver each time they are a guest. Guests will be provided with a custom Club 28 wrist band. Wearing the custom wrist band is mandatory. POOL GUEST POLICY No guests are permitted in the pool/pool area on weekends or holidays. Guests are welcome Monday-Friday. Guests must comply with the same rules applicable to all members including all rules and regulations promulgated in the agreement. It is the responsibility of a member to ensure that their guests are in compliance with these rules. AMENITIES RENTALS Designated Amenities areas may be rented for private parties. Members receive a discounted rate off regular rental rates. Please refer to the private party rental agreement for rules and pricing.
